Swaim, Ed.D., holds a bachelor’s degree in Russian Studies from UCLA, a master’s degree in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University, and a doctor of education degree in Leadership in Intercultural and International Education from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She has worked with an equity lens in international education since 1993.
